Fit and Balanced A gentle and fun introduction to exercise to improve muscle strength, balance, and increased mobility.

Mindfulness and Stress Reduction This is a four week course run by psychologist, Anne-Maree McCarthy, that will help you understand stress and introduce you to enjoyable practical skills to manage it. Consecutive Tuesdays 10am-11:30am April 26th, May 3rd, May 10th and May 17th. Cost $10 for the four sessions

Getting started with computers - six week course

Are you new to the world of computers, but want to learn how it all works?
In this course you will learn the skills needed to use a computer, search the internet, use email, and create and edit documents and
presentations. No prior computer experience necessary.This course is a partnership between Geelong Regional Libraries and the Bellarine Living and Learning Centre.

No partner required. Great music and dancing for intermediate dancers. Tuesdays 7-8pm
