Whittington Neighbourhood House (Bellarine Living & Learning Centre) is a not for profit Neighbourhood House that has been operating since 1984.

Whittington Neighbourhood House brings people together to connect, learn and contribute to their local community. We welcome people of all ages, abilities and walks of life, creating opportunities for people to enrich their lives through connections they might not otherwise make.
