Whittington’s Bellarine Living & Learning Centre is a not for profit neighbourhood house that has been open since 1984.

Bellarine Living and Learning Centre brings people together to connect, learn and contribute to their local community. We welcome people of all ages, abilities and walks of life, creating opportunities for people to enrich their lives through connections they might not otherwise make.
