Payment of $2 can be made by direct deposit: Bellarine Living and Learning BSB: 633 000 A/C 102049780. Please put your surname in the Reference field.

Please either return your completed form to us via email (admin@bllc.org.au) or post, or you can take a photo of your application form and attach it to the online form below to submit it to us.

Alternatively you can drop of your forms and payment (correct money please) at the Centre on Wednesdays or Thursdays between 9am – 12pm.
